Bachelor of Environments: Construction

I chose the Bachelor of Environments because it provided flexibility of choice when deciding my ultimate passion and career path.

I decided to major in Construction because I had a strong interest in how buildings came together.

My favourite subjects were Structures and Construction systems as it meant some good site visits and learning interesting construction techniques.

My advice to new students is maintain a good study and play balance.

I am looking forward to continuing a Masters of Property and then working in the Property industry.

The BEnvs helped prepare me for life in the Property and Construction industry.

CLAY IS NOW DOING GRADUATE STUDY

I chose to do graduate study in Property because after gaining a construction background in the BEnvs I wanted to pursue a career in Property due to an interest in the financial side of property and how it functions.

Its different studying at graduate level because the work is a bit more autonomous.

What inspires you at Uni? A successful career at the end of it.
